Hayley is responsible for developing and implementing Microsoft's strategy to support and empower the VET sector, which is vital for the economic and social development of the region.

She has a personal connection to VET, as is a proud graduate of a VET program in New Zealand.

Hayley has a diverse background in international trade, digital transformation, and the SaaS industry. She was the New Zealand Trade Commissioner in Singapore, where she helped New Zealand businesses expand their presence and partnerships in Southeast Asia.

She also led the Digital strategy at Te Pukenga, New Zealand's largest tertiary education provider, where she oversaw the Strategic Partnerships and shaping of the Digital Strategy.

Hayley is passionate about sharing her insights and expertise on how VET can drive growth, innovation, and inclusion in the post-pandemic world.
