Tamie Cousins is the Director of Professional Teaching Practice at Melbourne Polytechnic. She leads a high-performing team focused on advancing excellence in learning and teaching across VET, Foundation and Higher Education programs, with a strong emphasis on developing educator and leadership capability.

With over 12 years of educational leadership experience across TAFE and government sectors, Tamie brings significant expertise in high-quality learning and teaching, workforce development, professional learning design, and empowering educators to drive innovation and inclusion in their practice. She is deeply committed to improving outcomes for learners by fostering teaching excellence and supporting educators to thrive.

Tamie holds a Master of Education and is an EMCC accredited coach and mentor.
